1:1 calls

  • If you cancel. A booked call is not refunded if you cancel it yourself or do not turn up.
  • Moving it. Tell me at least 12 hours before the slot, by replying to the confirmation email, and I move it once, at no cost, to another free slot. Inside 12 hours a call cannot be moved.
  • If I cancel. If I cannot take the call, you get a full refund.
  • If I do not turn up. You get a full refund or a free rebooking, whichever you choose.
  • A late payment. If your payment arrives after the slot was released and someone else has booked it, it is refunded in full, automatically.

Play Store publishing

  • If you cancel. Once paid, a publishing order is not refunded if you change your mind or cancel it.
  • If your app cannot be published. If I cannot take the app on, or it cannot get onto Google Play (for example because it breaks a Play policy that no fix can clear), I refund what you paid minus the fee Cashfree keeps on the payment. That fee is at most 1.95% plus 18% GST on it: ₹34.52 on a ₹1,500 order.
  • Paid by direct UPI transfer. There is no Cashfree fee on a direct UPI payment, so in the same cases you get the full amount back.
  • Google's own fees. Google's one-time $25 developer registration fee is paid to Google, not to me, so it is never part of a refund.

How refunds reach you

  • When. I start a refund within 2 working days of cancelling a call or declining an order.
  • Where. Cashfree sends it back to the card, UPI account or bank account you paid from, and banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it. A direct UPI payment is refunded to the UPI ID it came from.
  • Questions. Email vikasbuilds.ofc@gmail.com with your booking reference or request ID. Complaints go to the grievance officer.

Builds and advertising

App and website builds and advertising placements are quoted in writing before you pay anything, and the quote says what is refundable.
